Backstreet Rookie (2020)

It seems like the plot of a fascinating Korean drama! Choi Dae Hyun, a 33-year-old man who runs a small convenience store, is looking for a part-time employee to work at night and decides to hire Jung Saet Byeol, a strong-willed university student. I'm curious to know more about their interactions and how they will navigate their differences.

Will Saet Byeol's fiery personality clash with Dae Hyun's more laid-back approach to life, or will they find common ground and learn from each other? The contrast between their backgrounds and ages could create an interesting dynamic, especially as they work together late at night in the quiet convenience store.

It seems like there's a bit of a complicated history between the two characters! Their past encounter at school, where Saet Byeol was trying to get cigarettes and Dae Hyun intervened, has left a mark on their relationship. Given this history, it's unlikely that their working relationship will be smooth sailing.

I can imagine that Saet Byeol might still harbor some resentment towards Dae Hyun for having thwarted her plans, and Dae Hyun might be wary of Saet Byeol's fiery personality. As they work together in the convenience store at night, they'll have to navigate their past issues and learn to trust each other in order to get the job done.

Will they be able to put aside their differences and work together effectively, or will their past conflict continue to simmer beneath the surface?
